This is a 4-wheeled street / railroad recumbent pedal car. In 'Street-Mode', the car steers using a steering lever. Once at the abandoned railroad tracks, the car is switched to 'Rail-Mode' by simply locking the steering mechinism straight and dropping special guide wheels into the flange-ways of the tracks. Both the driver and passenger have independent pedals and speed selectors, driving a common shaft. This shaft then drives the rear sprocket, which is also the disc brake!
